01 / Our core service

Innovation Strategy Sprint

Assess a new product idea or an existing product opportunity in a focused 2–3 week engagement. Clarify the priority product direction, the target audience and the next validation steps. Our science-to-market approach sits at the heart of it.

Who is it for?

Food, food supplement and wellness teams developing a new product or repositioning an existing one.

When does it help?

  • You need to choose between several product ideas.
  • The target audience and the product’s point of difference are unclear.
  • It is unclear how the scientific evidence should shape product and communication decisions.
  • R&D, marketing and leadership cannot agree on a shared priority.

What you receive

  • Prioritised product opportunities and the rationale for each.
  • A target audience and need hypothesis.
  • A product concept and positioning recommendation.
  • An assessment of the scientific evidence and its uncertainties.
  • Assumptions to test and validation steps.
  • A decision presentation and roadmap for leadership.

Scope

The scope is set at the start, based on the product or category, target market, available data and the decision you need to make. The timeline is confirmed once the brief and required information are complete.

02 / Case studies

The problem, the work and what was delivered.

Three examples from the founder’s previous experience. Where a result was actually observed, we say so separately.

From the founder’s previous experience

MINDT · digital health venture

Starting problem
A burnout-prevention proposition with no defensible scientific foundation, hard to explain to corporate buyers.
Work done
The programme was rebuilt around behaviour-change mechanics and a modular scientific core instead of awareness content.
Delivered output
A digital programme design with a standardised scientific foundation that can be presented to organisations.

Work done
One-off talks were restructured into a programme linked to workplace goals and repeatable across organisations.
Delivered output
A structured corporate nutrition programme.
Observed result
Delivered across 20+ corporate clients, including Microsoft, Deloitte and Accenture.

Supplement portfolio · claims & education

Starting problem
A strong ingredient story was told in generic wellness language the sales team could not defend.
Work done
The scientific evidence was translated into three communication layers: claims architecture, sales narrative and consumer education.
Delivered output
A consistent product story framework for marketing, sales and consumer communication.

03 / Ways of working

Three ways of working, each with defined outputs.

Every engagement starts with an agreed scope and runs with direct founder involvement.

04 / Our signature method

Science → Desire → Adoption™

A lot of health innovation stops at science. We work on what makes people actually want and adopt it.

Science — Does it work?

Evidence · nutrition · ingredients · health opportunity

Desire — Will people want it?

Taste · design · experience · culture · positioning

Adoption — Will it become part of life?

Behaviour · routine · usability · communication
